Check her relationship, if gentle/rough still shows negative (red), she won't change, it needs to be a positive (green) and you might have to go up to 15 for her to change.
Okay... How do you get to that scene were Rachel has a Latex suit on in her living room? I can not seem find that scene in the walkthrough.

With how much money comes in from the development I doubt it, just need to have patience it'll come in due time
