failure to give accurate information

Five of my foreign friends came to my house at 5 am to watch NFL football playoff games which you listed on your guide on Cignal TV. Sunday 1/10/2016. I am so upset at the inability of a major network like FOX SPORTS to show NFL even when you list it. We foreigners love American football both NFL and NCAA and to have my friends get up early travel for over two hours to come and have a NFL party and to again not be able to watch the game has left me with no confidence of FOX or Cignal TV. You are very unprofessional and a big disappointment to me.
